Donkey Kong Country
Just got it on my Wii after not playing it for like 15 years. 1 and 2. I forgot how much fun they were! Anyone else really like these games? I don't know what it is about them but they are just one of the classics for me. Never really liked 3 much....but 1 and 2 were awsome!

It was so awesome! 2 was my favourite ever At least...if that's the one where you can cruise around in your hovercraft to find new levels.

noooo tahts three. two is with the kremlin pirates which pretty much is the sequal 'story' wise with one, but three is just kinda....out there for me. I like two the best because of the pirate kind of theme and the last couple worlds really looked like last worlds should look. dark scary and gloomy.

To be honest I loved them all, but after playing the second and third I can't go back to the first. I think it's because I got used to the extreme maneuverability of Diddy and Dixie that going back to draggy-ass Donkey makes me want to hurt myself.
Plus, I don't mind if bonus barrels/walls are hidden, but I do appreciate a little hint now and then - took me forever to figure out the one in DK1 where you have to get a barrel in the bonus to unlock another bonus next door - ugh.

In 2, I was ALWAYS short like 1 gold coin or w/e they were called. I had the strategy guide and everything, went through every level like 5 times and couldn't find the damn coin, so I couldn't defeat the REAL last boss
I like 2 more than one but I like one more than 3. I don't know why but 3 is just weird. One had great music even though it was slightly more simple. Two was really run with the new useful animals. I mean in one, the ostrich thing barely did anything. in 2 they all had special abilities and junk. I loved the part where you actually turn into one in some parts, like the one level near the end where you turn into a parrot and race the other parrot around the vines. That was fun.

I did but I gave all my old nintendo stuff to my sister so she would have something to do after work since where she lives, there is NOTHING.
Then she sold everything I gave her for like 150+ dollars and bought a wii fit >_<
